- Amount Raised: $20,000,000.00

Legacy(principal financial advisor that structured the bond) Proceeds used from the design of the Belize City Council Municipal Bonds with Legacy Fund Limited acting as financial advisor was used to aid in the retirement of their existing overdraft facility at ScotiaBank (Now Belize Bank) Limited, and for the construction and repair of streets and drains throughout Belize City.

Belmopan City Council 2016 Series I Municipal Bonds
- Amount Raised: $6,500,000.00
- Initiated Year: 2017
Proceeds from the sale of the 2016 Series I Bonds designed by Legacy Fund Limited went towards (i) enhancement of streets and drains; (ii) retirement of Holy Redeemer Credit Union term facility; (iii) purchase of machinery and equipment; and (iv) paying costs incurred in connection with the structuring, sale and delivery of the Series I Bonds.
